Komenda Capital Corp. is a privately owned Canadian Company that finds funding for business projects. We look for investment vehicles, to create multimillion-dollar deals. We’re a boutique firm, unique in the marketplace and active in a range of areas, with particular emphasis on Real Estate development. We provide opportunities for "Sophisticated Investors" as well as growth potential to qualified early stage businesses. We operate on a personal basis, Principal-to-Principal, cultivating long-term relationships with a high degree of integrity and trust. While focusing on the private business sector, we are also open to public companies seeking access to growth capital. We work with a close, exclusive circle of solid investors and partners who share our business philosophy.

History

Komenda Capital has a long history of helping companies reach their objectives. The company was incorporated in 1986, in the province of British Columbia, Canada. Early on, the company facilitated a variety of financing projects, including business and real estate acquisitions and joint ventures. These dealings were both national and international in scope, extending from North America to Asia and Europe. Komenda Capital continues to grow through its ability to align funds, opportunity and experience and to develop healthy returns for both the company and its select investors.

Strategy

Our investment strategy combines three key elements: 1/ In-depth corporate, industry & market analysis; 2/ Diversification, blending Debt and Equity financing and; 3/ Benchmarking an opportunity’s potential with the support of our company’s experience. Komenda Capital acquires or funds businesses and real estate opportunities, based on our ability to minimize risk and provide strong return on investment. We’re adept with a variety of investment models, including Debt and Equity Financing (Debt Financing provides predictable interest income, while Equity Investment provides upside through capital gains).
