Mr. Komenda, a Canadian citizen residing in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada is Principal and President of Komenda Capital Corp.

Through Mr. Komenda's knowledge, experience and personal networks, Komenda Capital Corp. has matured and prospered over the past twenty-five years.

In his leadership and guidance of Komenda Capital, Mr. Komenda has refined and extended his broad experience in real estate and business development, forging relationships both domestic and international. His participation in deals has included the arrangement of finances, mergers and acquisitions spanning hotels, land developments and residential real estate developments, involving both public and private companies. He has also served as director on several boards for domestic and international companies, which draw on his familiarity and depth of experience with local and foreign market trends.

Ms. Morin has been an active participant in the Vancouver Business community for over 15 years. She is regarded by her business peers as being perceptive, innovative and detailed. Her skill set, leadership qualities and positive personality have contributed substantially to her many accomplishments.
