Komenda Capital Corp. was first incorporated in August, 1986 In the province of British Columbia, Canada. In the early years the company facilitated a variety of financing, including business and real estate acquisitions and joint ventures. The dealings were both national and international in scope, extending from North America to Asia and Europe. Komenda Capital continues to grow through its ability to bring funds plus opportunity and experience into the business fold to develop healthy returns for both the company and its select investors. The company emerged from the experience and reputation of its founder, Mr. Kenneth Komenda.
