Among these have been hotels, land developments and residential real estate projects, involving both public and private companies. Ken is himself a Certified Investment & Real Estate Broker and has had extensive international experience in his other corporate dealings. He has served as director on the boards of several domestic and international companies, drawing on his depth of experience and familiarity with local and foreign market trends. He has handled the startup of several ventures, participating in all aspects of their growth and financing, both as an investor and manager.
