Criteria For Real Estate

Komenda Capital provides development financing for various properties: Condos; Apartment Complexes; Retail Centers, Recreation Facilities, etc. (Ken - any other types of properties?) Development funding is available for projects valued from $500,000 to over $10 million. (Ken - do you want to bump this up to a $1M minimum?) In evaluating a financing opportunity, we look for an initial proposal with the following information provided:

• Name of Principal(s)
• Location
• Legal Title
• Description - Land/Commercial/Residential
• Photos
• Financials - Projections
• Report: including - engineering - surveys - topographicals - market studies - appraisals
